Business Development Executive (KHI, LHR, ISB)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with clients, focusing on publishing and educational institutions. If you have a proven track record in education sector sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving growth, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Identify, develop, and nurture relationships with educational institutions, schools, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Suggest upgrades or additional products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Cold call potential clients and close sales, working with clients through the closing process.
  • Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.

Requirements

  • Specific relevant experience in Publishing and Education Sector will be preferred.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Market knowledge preferred, particularly in the publishing and education sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in sales.
  • Willingness to travel for business meetings and events.
